ABOUT COMSCO
Company Profile
Founded in 2016 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, COMSCO — Yangzhou Com Spare Industry Co., Ltd. builds ERW tube mill machinery the way a workshop should: module by module.
Roll tooling is cut and finished on our own CNC machines, flying cold saws are assembled in our own workshop, and complete HG16–HG355 lines are configured to the pipe you actually make — not pulled from a catalogue. If the sizing stand or the cut-off is what is costing you money, that single station is also a quote.
Today 150+ mills and cut-off lines in more than 15 countries — across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America — run on COMSCO machines and tooling. Our aim is simple: to be the supplier pipe makers call first when quality has to hold, shift after shift.
Our Workshop & Equipment
Precision starts with the machines behind the machines. Roll profiles are turned, milled, vacuum heat-treated and finished in-house on our own CNC lathes and machining centres, and flying cold saws are assembled, wired and run-in on the same site. Concentricity, tolerance and surface finish stay under our own control — not a subcontractor’s. The same workshops build our quick-change stands, scarfing tool systems and spare parts, which is how a roll set and a complete line can come from one pair of hands.

Certificates
Quality is easier to trust when it is on paper. COMSCO runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system, holds a High-Tech Enterprise certificate, and keeps a growing portfolio of utility-model patents for roll tooling and cold-cutting technology. Full copies are available on request.

Quick answers before you send an inquiry.
What is an ERW tube mill?
An ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) tube mill is a machine that forms steel strip into tubes and welds the seam using high-frequency current. It is widely used for producing round, square and rectangular steel pipes.
What industries use tube mill pipes?
Tube mill pipes are commonly applied in construction and scaffolding, automotive, oil & gas, furniture, agricultural greenhouses and fluid transmission projects — thanks to their cost-effectiveness and durability.
How do I choose the right tube mill size?
The right machine depends on your pipe diameter, wall thickness, material type and production capacity requirements. COMSCO builds complete lines from HG16 (8 mm) up to HG355 (355 mm), and our engineers will help you select the most suitable configuration.
What is the difference between a tube mill and a pipe mill?
Both terms are often used interchangeably. In general, tube mills focus on smaller precision pipes, while pipe mills are usually for larger-diameter applications.
Does COMSCO provide installation and after-sales service?
Yes. COMSCO offers installation guidance, commissioning, operator training, spare parts supply and long-term technical support, ensuring your production runs smoothly.
