One mould, machined to your pass line, for the stand you need to replace today.
Why it matters on the line
- One mould, machined to your pass line drawing or to your sample
- The right answer when one roll in a set has failed and the rest are still good
- Checked against the drawing before it is machined, not after
- Marked with the mill and the stand so it is not fitted to the wrong position
What we supply
| Item | What we hold to | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Profile height | As your drawing, or matched to your sample | Matched to the other rolls in the stand |
| Hardness | HRC 58–62 | Same as the rest of the set |
| Marking | Mill, stand and size stamped | Stops the wrong mould going into the wrong stand |
| Lead time | Quoted against the drawing | An emergency replacement is quoted as such |
Every item is machined in our own workshop and marked before it is packed, so it goes back to the stand it came from. If you send us a drawing or a sample we work to that; if you are not sure what you need, send us the mill model and the pass line and we will tell you.

Send us the drawing or the sample
A drawing, a photo with a ruler in frame, or the mill model is enough for us to quote and to tell you honestly whether the item should be reground or replaced.
