The two smallest mills we build. Thin wall, small diameter, high speed — the machines that make the tube used in furniture, bicycle frames, display racks and small hydraulic lines.

How to choose the right model
Start from the tube you already sell, not from the machine. The HG16 & HG25 Tube Mill covers Ø8 – Ø32 mm at 0.25 – 1.0 wall, and it sits between HG16 below and HG25 above. If your product range spans two models, quote the larger one — a mill sized up can run a smaller tube, but a mill sized down cannot run a larger one.
Three numbers decide the model: the largest OD you need to sell, the thickest wall at that OD, and the annual tonnage. Wall thickness and diameter drive the roll weight, the HF power and the line speed far more than the annual tonnage does. Send those three and we will tell you which model and which roll pass design fit.

Not sure which model?
Send the tube OD, the wall thickness and the grade. We will tell you which model covers it and what the roll pass design will look like — before you ask for a price.
