What the MR25T flying saw does
The smallest and the lightest saw we build. On furniture tube, decorative section and thin-wall conduit the cut cycle is short, and a light carriage that accelerates and decelerates quickly is worth more than extra cutting torque.
The MR25T is the entry point of the timing belt range. A toothed belt drives the carriage along the rail instead of a gear rack, so there is no slip, no periodic re-tensioning and noticeably less noise. The carriage itself is much lighter than a rack version at the same stroke, which is why this saw holds 160 m/min on 0.5 mm wall without marking the tube.

What comes with the machine
- Belt-driven carriage — toothed belt on a hardened rail, tensioned at the factory and checked on site.
- Clamping — pneumatic on the small sizes, hydraulic from Ø76 upwards.
- Saw head — HSS / TCT Ø350, with blade tensioner and coolant arrangement.
- Control — servo drive and a controller that holds cut length across the full speed range.
- Guard and extraction — enclosed cutting with chip extraction.
Where it is normally installed
The saw sits on the exit side of the sizing stand, where the tube has reached its final dimension and is still moving at line speed. That position is what makes the cut square and the length accurate: the carriage tracks the moving tube instead of stopping it. We confirm the station layout against your mill arrangement, including the run-out table and where the cut tube goes next.

Questions buyers ask about the MR25T
What tube sizes does the MR25T cut?
Round tube from Ø7.6 to Ø25 mm, square section 6 to 20 mm, rectangular up to 15×25 mm, and wall from 0.5 to 1.5 mm. Above that, move up to the MR32T.
Why is the belt version faster than the rack version?
A toothed belt is a positive drive with very little inertia, so the carriage reaches line speed in a shorter distance and returns faster between cuts. On short cut lengths that is where most of the cycle time is saved.
Can it run continuously at 160 m/min?
Yes, provided the line itself holds 160 m/min and the run-out table is long enough to take the cut tube away. We size the encoder and the clamp to your actual line speed, not to a catalogue figure.
